INVITATION FOR PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FOR SELECTION OF SYSTEM INTEGRATOR FOR IT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION.



Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL) is the Transmission and Bulk supply licensee for the entire state of Haryana. HVPNL has decided to go in for total computerisation of its working.

HVPNL proposes to engage a System Integrator to supply, install and commission a portfolio of software applications (viz ERP, COTS, GIS, Data Warehouse, Portals, Power transmission specialized applications etc.), Integration of hardware proposed to be procured from HARTRON (Servers, PCs, peripherals) and Networking (WAN/ LAN), maintenance, training, digitization etc 

HVPN intends to hold a pre-proposal conference with the potential bidders in Red Bishop Tourist Complex, Sector-1, Panchkula on 15.2.2008 (Friday) at 11.30 hrs to seek their responses and queries. Interested bidders may download the Draft RFP Document (Vol. I & Vol. II).

The interested parties fulfilling the pre-qualification criteria given in the document may send their queries, if any, on the draft RFP latest by 11.2.2008 through e-mail, to enable us clarify the issues during the pre-proposal conference.

Those who are interested in attending the pre-proposal meeting should confirm their participation in advance Intending bidders and their employees, agents, advisers and any other person associated with the bidder must not bring to bear any direct or indirect influence in any manner on HVPN functionaries to influence their decision.
