Anaheim Transformer Explosion Injures Three Utility Employees

October 26, 2011-According to reports by the transformer explosion attorneys at Ehline Law Firm PC, three men were injured in a transformer explosion in Anaheim.  According to Anaheim Public Utilities spokeswoman Margie Otto, three men were injured when a transformer exploded at approximately 9:47 a.m. The men were at 2540 W. Lincoln Avenue replacing an above ground power vault in front of an apartment complex in Anaheim.

According to Otto, the men were burned in the explosion and transported to the hospital with injuries. One of the men is an employee of Anaheim Public Utilities and the other two are under contract. According to Anaheim Police Sgt. Rick Martinez the men’s clothing caught on fire from the explosion and was left on the street and sidewalk.
